About us

We have been recruiting since 2007 and in that time our clients and candidates would tell you, we’re extremely good at what we do. Not surprising when the average years of recruiting experience that our partners have, is over 14 years and counting. ​​​Our office is based in Wilmslow, but we are a well travelled group, working remotely and in the office, we have completed assignments in 35 different countries.

The genesis of Genesis was originally back in 2007, although the rebrand to Genesis Recruitment came into formation in 2020. Our refreshing 'less BS' approach, allied to sheer expertise and effectiveness, has driven consistent growth ever since. Our success is based on being a trusted partner for major organisations with roles to fill, and talented people with careers to build.

A key difference to most other agencies, is that all of our partners are stakeholders in their own business, so the results and level of service really matter to each and every person.     We build a warm continuing relationship with the candidates we need to reach via blogs, videos, surveys, industry news and all the popular social media platforms. If they're out there, we know them. With clients, we treat them as if we were a part of their business. Always honest with our communication and setting of expectations, and providing insights and progress reports to keep recruiting projects on track.

    We focus relentlessly on delivering the right result for each employer and candidate. We have a 98% success rate on delivering our managed services, and 86% of exclusive assignments. Unfortunately we can't guarantee a 100% success rate, although we are always striving for this, but we pin point the right people ahead of our competitors, so our clients can focus on their business at hand.
