About the Job

As part of the Assurance team, you'll provide on-site support for assignments, ensuring top-quality service for clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Play a key role in Assurance teams, with opportunities to lead on-site work.

  • Execute assignments thoroughly and efficiently according to firm procedures.

  • Maintain high-quality Assurance standards.

  • Report any issues to the assignment manager and suggest solutions.

  • Provide training and supervision for junior staff.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, delivering excellent service.

  • Stay informed about the firm's services to add value for clients.

  • Review junior staff's work for completeness and conduct appraisals.

  • Enhance technical knowledge through reading and courses, meeting CPD requirements.

  • Attend meetings and training sessions, and assist with recruitment, training, and marketing activities.

  • Perform other duties as needed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).

  • Experience in Assurance tasks within a professional services firm.

  • Strong client handling skills and the ability to produce high-quality Assurances.

  • Analytical review experience is a plus.
