Senior Accountant Blackburn £55,000 - 60,000 + Pension

This local firm of Chartered Accountants are looking for a Senior Accountant to manage a diverse range of clients, if you are a determined individual with a hardworking nature this role would be perfect for you.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing accounts on behalf of a wide range of SME clients including Partnerships and Limited Companies

- Developing a good understanding of client business and providing advice on a variety of financial matters

- Managing client bookkeeping function and producing monthly accounts up to trial balance

- Producing quarterly VAT returns and completing weekly/monthly payrolls on behalf of clients

- Assisting with the production of annual accounts and statutory submissions for Companies House

- Calculating and producing annual personal tax returns, P11Ds and corporation tax returns for HMRC
