Any referrals shared with Genesis Recruitment employees must be provided before any interviews take place. i.e. they cant be someone that we are already working with, or claimed after we have placed someone. If you have referred someone to us over the phone, you must email confirmation of this to the relevant Genesis Recruitment employee.
If you have referred someone to us a £500 thank you will be payable to you in accordance of the following:
The person you refer to us must be successfully placed by Genesis with one of our clients within 12 months of your referral.
The referral will not be paid to you before the candidate has commenced their new employment.
It will be paid by BACS transfer into an account of your choosing, after 8 weeks full time employment have commenced.
The referral fee maybe delayed, if the client the referral has been placed with, has not paid the invoice.
Anyone referred to us must be know by you. If the person referred does not confirm this, you will not be entitled to a referral fee (you cant just give us a list of peoples names)
Any TAX owing on receipt of these funds is the responsibility of the person receiving this and must be declared in accordance with HMRC
If you are referring yourself i.e. coming to us direct for us to find your employment. You must email us confirmation of your request for self referral, within 7 days of working with us.
Genesis Recruitment reserve its right to withdraw, amend or suspend any referral payments, for any reason, at its own discretion. This is an incentive and not a legal agreement and should be treated as such.
