Jonathan Carr

Jonathan has a passion for IT, don't get us wrong, he not a coding geek with a home network! He is passionate about growing his IT Sales and technical recruitment business, which he has already invested over 11 years of hard work.

His ethos has always been to create a process and a service that makes the recruitment lives easier for his clients and candidates.

For clients that means finding the industries top talent, that add value, a significant ROI and culture and values strongly aligned.

For candidates, helping them to progress their careers, achieve better rewards, recognition and partner with employers that cater for the work life balances they crave.

He will tell you that having his own business in the last few years has really helped him step up his service even more.
